No minimum EBITDA requirements

Aerospace and defense, agricultural equipment, automotive, building products, capital equipment, chemicals, consumer products, food and beverage, industrial and manufacturing, metals and metal fabrication, packaging, transportation (short line rail ) and value-added distribution

North American headquartered businesses
